| Using PayPal is the preferred method of payment. The PayPal website can be accessed easily by customers anywhere in the world. To order your miniature rug kits, just send an email to Marny identifying the selected items by Kit Name and Quantity. Marny will then generate an Invoice for your order with PayPal. Depending on quantity, the items will be shipped as soon as possible after you authorize payment through PayPal. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. |

| Payment can be made by Personal Check or Money Order in the United States only. To order your miniature rug kits, please print a copy of this Order Form and fill it out indicating the quantities of each rug kit type, the shipping and handling costs for the total quantity of kits, and if applicable, the California sales tax for the Subtotal amount. Enclose the Order Form with your Money Order or Personal Check and mail to: |
